Community Health Research Partners, LLC is a clinical research organization based in Richmond, Virginia. We are dedicated to connecting community members with meaningful research opportunities and supporting sponsors with reliable, high-quality study operations.

Meet the Team
Dr. Dina Elnaggar, MD, MS, CAQSM — Principal Investigator
Dr. Dina Elnaggar is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician, clinical researcher, and Principal Investigator with Community Health Research Partners. Her clinical background spans urgent care, primary care sports medicine, regional medical leadership, school health, event medicine, and community-based care.
She earned her medical degree and Master's in Biomedical Sciences at The University of Toledo College of Medicine, completed family medicine residency at South Nassau Communities Hospital, and completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Indiana University. She is board-certified through the American Board of Family Medicine, holds sports medicine certification and Good Clinical Practice certification, and is licensed in New York, Connecticut, and Virginia.
Her research foundation includes basic science work in immunology, pathology, retroviral disease models, prenatal transplantation, and pharmaceutical chemistry, along with clinical and community-facing interests in preventive care, vaccination, physical activity, nutrition, musculoskeletal health, and access to care. Her scholarly work includes peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, posters, and invited presentations across sports medicine, wilderness medicine, primary care, and public health.
As a Principal Investigator, Dr. Elnaggar is committed to high-quality, ethical, and accessible clinical research that reflects real-world communities, emphasizing participant safety, rigorous protocol adherence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and practical implementation.
Dr. Chuka Ofiaeli — Principal Investigator
Dr. Chuka Ofiaeli is a Principal Investigator with experience in Phase II and Phase III clinical trials across gastroenterology, infectious disease, and metabolic conditions. He has contributed to randomized, multicenter studies evaluating investigational therapies, with a focus on protocol integrity, patient safety, and data quality.
He works within high-volume clinical environments, providing access to diverse patient populations and supporting efficient recruitment and reliable study execution.

Dr. Timothy Titchner - Principal Investigator
Dr. Timothy Titchner is a double board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine and
Sports Medicine. Since 2016, he has been providing emergency care to patients and veterans
at local hospitals and the Richmond VA Medical Center. Dr. Titchner previously served as a
medical director at Bon Secours Westchester and St. Francis Medical Center through the
COVID-19 pandemic. He completed medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University
graduating in 2012. Dr. Titchner competed his Emergency Medicine residency and Sports
Medicine fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital (where the television show The Pitt is
based). Prior to medical school, he served as a researcher at the University of Pittsburgh and
also taught middle school in an under-served area in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Titchner resides in
Midlothian, VA with his wife and three children.
